Dr. Nilika Mehrotra is affiliated to Centre for South Asia Studies and Department of Medical Anthropology at UC Berkeley as a Fulbright
Senior Research Fellow (Nov 2013 to July 2014).
She is a social
anthropologist teaching at Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi,
India. Her research interests are Gender, Disability and Development
studies. She is currently researching on "Disability Studies in India and
USA: Issues in Institutionalization".
Dr. Mehrotra is Associate Professor at the Centre for the Study of
Social Systems in the School of Social Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University,
New Delhi, India.
