CTE Workshop Proposal Form

Please use this form to propose a workshop through the CTE. Proposals must be submitted by the 12th week of Fall and Spring Semesters and by the 4th week of Summer Semester to be considered for the upcoming workshop calendar. You may wish to prepare your workshop title and description in a Word Document and copy and paste into this form. (Please note that formatting will not be retained.) If you hit submit accidentally and/or you wish to make changes, feel free to resubmit your proposal. Thank you.
