Desire2Learn for Students
Every semester, LCC offers Desire2Learn for Students in two formats, Face-to-Face and Online, to offer students a chance to learn more about using LCC's Course Management System (CMS), Desire2Learn. This training takes students through how to use each of the tools, such as discussion boards, drop box etc, as well as provides additional resources and information about how to be successful in an online course.
- Desire2Learn for Students Face-to-Face
Format is offered at the beginning of each
semester for students to attend. Registration is
required for these sessions. The
Desire2Learn for Students Link provides dates
and time at the beginning of each
semester when sessions are
available.
- Desire2Learn for Students Online Format
is available to all students enrolled in courses for
the entire semester. It is located in Desire2Learn
in My Courses. This is a self paced session that
allows you the flexibility to walk away from the
course at any time and return to it later to finish.
