
Golden Gate Bridge Commemorative Poster
In
honor of the 75th Anniversary of the Golden Gate Bridge, Lansing Community
College (LCC) is pleased to present this full-color illustrated poster
commemorating the iconic landmark’s 75th Anniversary.
This 13" x 35" digital print on archival paper commemorates the historic hot
riveting techniques used in the bridge’s construction. These techniques are
being taught and preserved through the work of the LCC's Iron and Steel Historic
Preservation Committee.
Poster
is designed by Bruce Mackley. Mackley is a Michigan-based illustrator and
graphic designer who has garnered numerous national awards for visual
communications over his 30-year career. Mackley works as the Creative Director
in the Marketing and Communications department at LCC, and lives in East Lansing
with his wife Kristin and two sons.
Each poster purchased will be signed by Mackley.
The cost of the poster is $50, $40 of which is
deductible as a charitable contribution. Your contribution is designated
for the Iron and Steel Historic Preservation Fund at the Lansing Community
College Foundation.

The Lansing Community College Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation. Its purpose is to support the educational mission of Lansing Community College. The LCC Foundation is administered by an independent board of directors and was established to receive and administer private gifts, bequests, and donations to benefit LCC's students. Gifts to the Foundation support programs and scholarships not funded through traditional funding sources.
