Dental Hygiene Program

This is a two-year, 77-credit program with a limited number of openings each year. The program begins every fall semester and continues for two academic years after the student has completed the prerequisite college courses. The curriculum is taught using small group instruction with experienced and dedicated faculty providing hands-on training with state of the art equipment, including dental hygiene clinical experience in an on-campus patient care clinic. Upon successful completion the student earns an Associate of Applied Science Dental Hygiene degree from the college.

The Dental Hygienist Program is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation, a specialized accrediting body recognized by the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation and by the United States Department of Education.
