
On-campus Printing and Networked Files (Faculty and Staff)
A network account is assigned to every LCC student and employee. A network account allows you to open and use network applications and print files. You must login to the campus network in order to access various computing resources.
Your network login and password are:

Technology User ID (TUID) and password.

How new employees request network access
Employees are granted access to the LCC Network when they register their Star Port account. When registering your StarPort you are assigned a Technology User ID (TUID) and asked to created a password. It is that user ID and password that you will not only use for StarPort but for access to the the Network and Workspaces.
How employees request a network drop
Contact your Divisional Operations Leader. Any request for a network drop is submitted using a MRC (hardcopy) form. It is only necessary to request one network drop for both data and phone.
Printing to networked printers
The process for connecting to a networked is much easier then it was previously. You can now connect to any network printer within seconds by following a few simple steps. Please click here for instructions.
