
On-campus Printing and Networked Files (Faculty and Staff)
A network account is assigned to every LCC student and employee. A network account allows you to open and use network applications and print files. You must login to the campus network in order to access various computing resources.
Your network login and password are:
Your
Technology User ID (TUID) and password.

How new employees request network access
Employees are granted access to the LCC Network when they claim their myLCC account. When activating your myLCC account you are assigned a Technology User ID (TUID) and asked to create a password. It is that user ID and password that you will not only use for myLCC but for access to the the Network and Workspaces.
How employees request a network drop
Contact your Divisional Operations Leader. Any request for a network drop is submitted using a MRC (hardcopy) form. It is only necessary to request one network drop for both data and phone.
Network files and workspace files
You can access your workspace files in one of two ways. You can log into myLCC then click the files link in the upper right corner or you can create a shortcut on your desktop to LCC workspace files.
1. Click Start (Flag icon).
2. Click Computer.
3. Click Map network drive (top middle of the screen).
4. (Ignore the Drive box).
5. In the Folder box type: https://ocs.lcc.edu/content/dav/lcc/
6. Ensure Reconnect at logon is check marked, and click Finish.
7. Type your TUID/password, and click OK.
