Who can donate items to the sale?

Anyone can donate items to the Big Book Bash.

What can be donated?

Gently used books, CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, cassette tapes, computer software, and video game CDs/cartridges are accepted.

Magazine donations are not accepted.

When is the last day to donate items to this year's sale?

We accept donations year round.

Where can I drop off my donations?

Donations for the Big Book Bash can be dropped off in the Library Department Office (room 201 TLC) or the Library Checkout Desk (2nd floor, TLC).

Will you pick up my donations?

You can arrange to have your donations picked up from your office or vehicle if you are located on the downtown campus. To arrange for pick-up please call 517.483.1647.

Are donations tax deductible?

It is up to the donator to determine eligibility and to place a value on the donation. You may request a receipt at the time of donation.
