Total Fitness Orientation Schedule for Fall 2014

 

All students enrolled in Total Fitness A, B, C, or D and Introduction to Fitness MUST attend an orientation session at one of the following times or on Desire to Learn.  There will be NO late orientations!

Orientation sessions will last approximately 50 minutes.  Students do not need to be dressed for activity.

Note:  Students cannot work out in the Fitness Center until they have completed an orientation.  This includes all new and returning students.  Contact the Program Office at 483-1410 if you have any questions.

Fall 2014

  • Orientation can also be completed through Desire-to-Learn (D2L) starting Thursday, August 21.  Please complete the "orientation quiz" on D2L.
  • In order to workout you MUST print off the completed copy and hand in at either Fitness Center!
