Total Fitness Orientation Schedule for Summer 2012
All students enrolled in Total Fitness A, B, C, or D and Introduction to Fitness MUST attend an orientation session at any one of the following times. There will be NO late orientations!

Orientation sessions will last approximately 50 minutes. Students do not need to be dressed for activity.
Note: Students cannot work out in the Fitness Center until they have completed an orientation. This includes all new and returning students. Contact the PFW Department at 483-1227 if you have any questions.
