Weight Room

Main Campus - Gannon Building, Room 192

LCC's weight room is complete with Icarian, Cybex, Paramount, Hammer Strength and Morden machines, cardio equipment and over 10,000 pounds of free weights. The weight room offers ample selection for beginners to advanced students as well as expert instruction in the use of the equipment and the safest, best ways to achieve students' goals.

Weight Training Classes (PFWT)

We offer a variety of weight training classes allowing students to learn about safety, the proper use of equipment, muscle strengthening and endurance. Classes are available for beginners as well as advanced weight training students. Click here for course and registration information.

Body by Design Club

Join the club by visiting the weight room in GB 192 during club hours. Club members must be a currently enrolled LCC student taking at least one credit. Membership fee is $35.00 per semester.

Weight Room hours are for members of the Body by Design Club or Students who were enrolled in a weight training class for the Spring 2012 semester ONLY.  Students may sign-up during club hours in GB 192.  Club members must be a currently enrolled LCC Student (taking at least one credit).  Membership Fee: $35

The hours are subject to change upon decision of the program director.
