Summer is back…and that means more sunshine, more barbeques, and more music! LCC Radio, 89.7, WLNZ and the Grand Ledge Downtown Development Authority are pleased to present The 2013 Grand Ledge Music in the Park Concert Series! Local party favorites, Global Village kick off the annual event June 6th. Then every Thursday through August, WLNZ and the GLDDA bring you another local artist to keep your toes tappin'. Bring the kids - its a family friendly event and its FREE. A three month summer celebration taking place at Maypole Park in downtown Grand Ledge! Each show starts at 7:30pm. LCC Radio is proud to present an acoustic showcase each Friday from noon to 1pm. Join us in the Sir Pizza Grand Cafe for “The Grand River Radio Diner,” a series of free shows featuring local, regional and national acts ranging from jazz and acoustic rock, to folk, Celtic and blues.

Pickin' In The Park is a national movement that brings together players of all ages and all skill levels who want to learn from other in an informal atmosphere. The music includes bluegrass, blues, classic rock, contemporary, country, folk, etc.

Pickin’ in The Park takes place every Tuesday from 6-9p in Old Town. During the month of October it will be held at the Grand Cafe Sir Pizza located at
201 E. Grand River.  All levels of musical expertise are welcome to join in.
