Student Services Mission

The Student Services Division assures student success by meeting the academic and service needs of a dynamic and changing student population and community.

Student Services Divisional Goals

Guided by the Lansing Community College Strategic Plan, the Student Services Division has implemented the following guidance goals to improve student retention and expand access to services and enhance student learning.

Goal 1  Student Access, Retention and Success	Develop a comprehensive integrated system that contributes to student retention and success.
Goal 2  Continuous Quality Improvement	Build a high-performing student and academic support division through continuous quality improvement.
Goal 3  Quality Services and Instruction	Develop Convenient, Accessible, Responsive, Effective and Flexible Services and Instruction to students.
