NOTES:
1. This transfer guide represents an Articulation (partnership) Agreement 
   between Lansing Community College (LCC) and the College for Creative Studies
   (CCS).  This agreement facilitates the transfer of LCC credits from the 
   Associate in Applied Arts-Graphic Communication degree toward the Bachelor of
   Fine Arts in Graphic Design at CCS. This agreement is effective until written
   dissolution by either party. 
2. A minimum of 126 credit hours is required for graduation from CCS, with at 
   least 45 credit hours completed at CCS.
3. The academic transcript and quality of the student's portfolio will determine 
   transfer credit. Only courses with a 2.0 or better will transfer to CCS.
4. Students should contact the CCS Admissions Office early, before completing
   an admissions application to CCS. Students should bring a copy of the 
   articulation agreement to all advising sessions. 
5. Students must meet all admission requirements at the time of admission to 
   CCS, including submitting a portfolio, and transcripts from all previously 
   attended colleges indicating a 2.5 cumulative grade point average.

7. Select from WRIT 121,122,131,132; ENGL 122,132 to meet LCC's Core Requirement.
   ENGL 202,203,211,212 will also satisfy this requirement for CCS but not the 
   LCC Core.

9. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and 
   writing. To determine accurate course placement, students should take the 
   Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GB 200) prior to
