NOTES:
1.  This guide represents a 3+1 Transfer Articulation (partnership) Agreement
    (TAG) between Lansing Community College (LCC) and Northwood University (NU).
    This TAG facilitates the transfer of a maximum of 92 semester credit hours of 
    coursework at LCC toward the completion of the Northwood University Bachelor
    of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting. This
    articulated agreement does not have a specific expiration date.  
2.  Requirements of the transfer agreement:
    a. Completion of an associate's degree from LCC as shown by official 
       transcript.
    b. Completion of coursework as shown above.  Required coursework, if not 
       completed, must be taken at Northwood University.
    c. A minimum of 123 semester credit hours are needed to obtain a BBA from 
       Northwood University, with at least 31 semester credit hours completed
       at Northwood.  
    d. All transfer coursework must be college-level; remedial coursework is not
       transferable.
    e. Earn a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 for all transferable 
       courses.
3.  Students interested in transferring to Northwood University should contact 
    the representative listed below before completing an admissions application
    to Northwood.  To facilitate the evaluation of transcripts, students  should
    bring a copy of all college transcripts and the appropriate TAG addendum to 
    all advising sessions with Northwood.  
4.  Students must meet all admission requirements at the time of application for 
    admissions to Northwood University, including the submission of official 
    transcripts from all previously attended colleges/universities.  
5.  BIOL 120 is the NU recommended course; a natural science with a lab may be 
    substituted.  
6.  CITA 110 is the NU recommended course; CITF 110 or 200 may be substituted. 
7.  SPCH 130 is the NU recommended course; SPCH 110 or 120 may be substituted. 
8.  WRIT 122 is the NU recommended course; ENGL 122 may be substituted. 
9.  Select six (6) transferable credits from the following subject areas:  
    History, Humanities/Art, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Science,
    or Sociology.  
10. Students seeking an LCC associate degree must fulfill specific graduation
    requirements. See the LCC Online Catalog for details.
11. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and 
    writing.  To determine accurate course placement, students should take the 
    Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GB 200) prior to
