NOTES:
1. This transfer guide supports an Articulation (partnership) Agreement between
Lansing Community College (LCC) and Capella University. This guide facilitates
the transfer of 60-65 semester credit hours from the LCC Associate in Business
Degree in International Business toward the completion of the Capella
University Bachelor of Science Degree in Business-Business Administration.
This articulated agreement does not have a specific expiration date.
2. Students must graduate from LCC with an associate degree in an approved field
of study with an overall GPA of 2.0 as calculated by LCC.
3. Students who have completed the LCC General Education Cores Areas (excluding
ELTE 121; MATH 112, 115, 117, 118, 119, 201, 202; and METM 190) will be
considered to have fulfilled the general education requirements for Capella
University.

5. Select 4 credits from WRIT 121,122,131,132 or ENGL 122,132.
6. Completion of 9-10 credits from LCC curriculum 0240-CHOICE 3 will fulfill the
remaining course requirements for this transfer guide.
7. Students who complete the coursework on this transfer guide may be eligible
to receive a LCC Associate Degree. Please contact an advisor for additional
information. Students seeking an LCC associate degree must fulfill specific

8. This transfer guide requires basic skill levels in mathematics, reading, and
writing. To determine accurate course placement, students should take the
Computerized Placement Tests in the LCC Assessment Center (GB 200) prior to
