NOTES:
1. This transfer guide represents an Articulation (partnership) Agreement
between Lansing Community College (LCC) and Capella University. This guide
facilitates the transfer of 60-65 semester credit hours from the LCC
Associate in Business degree in Human Resource Management (0712) toward the
completion of the Capella University Bachelor of Science in Business/Business
Administration degree. This articulated agreement does not have a specific
expiration date.
2. Students must graduate from LCC with an associate degree in an approved field
of study with an overall GPA of 2.0, as calculated by LCC.
3. Successful completion of the courses listed above fulfill the requirement
for the LCC General Education Core Areas and the lower-division general
education requirements for Capella University.

6. Students who complete the coursework on this transfer guide may be eligible
to receive a LCC Associate Degree. Please contact an advisor for additional

writing. To determine accurate course placement, students should take the
