This week started out on a pretty good
note, on Monday I took my second chance Math test 3, and glad to have that one
behind me. Apparently test 3 in 112 is one of the most difficult, or so most
might say. I did better than I expected. Continuing to work on some important
issues from last week about achieving some balance between school and home life
has been an ongoing issue, as I guess it will be something that I will always
strive for, the balance, that is.
All in all, things are going pretty well in all my classes this week. It’s
actually starting to make some sense, the Math that is.
Last week also brought some personal issues
that had to be dealt with. One was with my Grandmothers passing. Because of a
variety of issues involved, some decisions had to be made that might have left
some of the family members uncomfortable. Bottom line; It was just the right
thing to do. I too, have been battling with some health issues and unfortunately
wasn’t able to get much resolved with those.
The most important role of the week came when
I was working on my class/home work for my Student Development Class. Exploring
Your Potential is the particular class, and it’s just that, a chance to look
deeper within yourself to work on becoming a better all around individual. It’s
rather funny you take a SDEV class, kind of not knowing what to expect, and so
many things are revealed to you through your reading.
I would like to add, before coming to a
close, That is, I am/we are very fortunate individuals to live in a FREE
country. We have an awful lot to be thankful for. Our right to vote is just one
thing. I thank GOD everyday for giving me the opportunities he has. I am
thankful that I can wake up every day and be able to manage on my own. Take a
look around you today and do something nice for someone. It will bring you great
joy! Thanks again for allowing me to share with each and every one of you.
Let’s all have a fantastic week!!!
