Process for
Selection of Interviewees
Trustee Pelleran reviewed
the selection process that was agreed upon at the March 26, 2007
Board of Trustees Special Meeting.
Discussion followed.
Selection of Candidates to Interview
Administrative Assistant
Duncan asked each Trustee to name their top five candidates.
The following
candidates were identified with four votes or more:
- Lawrence Hidalgo,
Jr.
- Jerry Hollister
- Edward Jocque, Jr.
- Mary
Olivarez-Mason
MOVED by Trustee
Pelleran and supported by Trustee Smith to forward Lawrence
Hidalgo, Jr., Jerry Hollister, Edward Jocque, Jr. and Mary Lou
Olivarez- Mason for interviews on Monday, April 16, 2007.

Discussion of
Interview Process and Ground Rules
Trustee Pelleran
reviewed next steps in the Board Vacancy process.
Trustee Proctor
requested that the candidates leave the room while the others
are being interviewed.

and supported by Trustee Proctor to have the candidates leave
the room while others are being interviewed by the Board.
